(no subject)
Well! Here I am, back at school. Im super excited about classes (which started yesterday) but im also dreading them. Arabic will be ridiculous as always, and now I wont have Jeremy to suffer through with me. All my classes seem like they'll either be really hard or a lot of work, but I suppose they'll be very fulfilling too. Now if only the books I ordered online would show up sometime soon I would be very appreciative. Especially because I have readings due tomorrow that I dont have the books for at all. Gah! Also, the bookstore has books listed for my Af-Am lit class that are not the same ones as the syllabus has. I should probably ask him about that...
Nonetheless it should be a good semester. All of my professors are funny and Kennedy and Tweedy (Courtly Love and Af-Am lit, respectively) are hilarous. I honestly didnt stop laughing for most of the 50 minute Courtly Love class. 53 girls showed up to our Rugby interest meeting!!! Given, 19 are returning players and 2 were players not returning. But that bodes well for us considering we lost 10 seniors last year to the "real world" and 4 Juniors this year to study abroad. It will not be the same without Trompy, Kate, Beastie and Moley. So I will make due and maybe make friends, despite how rarely either of those things happens.
