More concert stuff........
Green Day was fuc*ing incredible!! I don't think I've ever seen a crowd so into a band before. Mullins Center was packed tight and everybody was hanging on the band's every note. One of the most intense shows I've ever seen. Now the bad news...I made a stupid mistake with the MD and ended up getting 2 hours of silence. Oh, well....they play the same set every night and I already have a couple shows from the current tour. It's funny how a cheer of "YANKEES SUCK" makes its way into every concert in the Boston area since the Sox won. This was no exception :)
And now onto Guster........
Tickets for Newport Waterfront Festival went on sale this morning. Tickets are still available by phone (401-846-1600). They can't tell you where the seats are right now, but the woman said they're all in the first 10 rows.........get 'em now.
That will make 3 Guster shows in a WEEK for us :)
