American History Zzzzzz

My American history class is driving me insane. It is supposed to be a study of relatively contemporary American history through the examination of art from each respective period. In concept, it's a pretty cool class, but my teacher is ruining it!

Allow me to paint a picture. The man is a music professor. As in he isn't qualified to teach history. You can tell he has just the slimmest margin of a better understanding of the material we're reading than we do. Also, the course is organized neither chronologically nor topic by topic. It's a free for all. The worst part is that I could probably really learn something.

He's a total stoner, and clearly single. With good reason too. He's flat out weird. He insists on creating these acapella songs in his falsetto range while we attempt to write timed tests. How much more distracting can you be? I think fair revenge would be to get up and dance in the middle of his lecture. Sadly, I think he'd probably enjoy it. I had a glimmer of hope for him until this morning's class. This is what he wrote on the board.

What was at steak in the battle of 1812?

Steak. As in the steaks are high. Poor spelling really gives me a red rump. Especially from a professor. It's over.

Things to look forward to: My big problem
New music
Some chocolate
