(no subject)
Finals are all over and I am now headed back to the westside for break, yay! I fly out next Thursday to California to go see James for about 9 days which I am very happy about. This past week has been a bit hard due to a major event in one of my roomie's lives. I don't want to go into it much but it has been a rough week. Everything is done now so time can take its course and help her out. I am also going to stop by her house and see her since I will just be about 10 miles away from her when I am at my dad's house. So anyway, I am glad to be going home.
You know all that stress I've been going through for the past month, well, it paid off. My lowest grade this quarter is a B+! I ended up getting that in the Dr. P class (I got an 88% on the project and an 85% on the final which account for 40% of the total grade), plus two others. The other two could have been A's if it wasn't for the Dr. P class controlling my life. Anyhoo, and then an A in another class and in volleyball. All in all, I made honor roll for this quarter, something I haven't done much my college career (just two other times). Now my GPA is safely above 3.1 :-D
So anyway, it's snowing pretty good out there and I wanna get home before the pass gets too nasty. Have a great holiday everybody and I will be back after the new year!
