The only time my brother referred to himself as "Baby Bro"
I got an email and then later a call from my brother. Turns out his girlfriend is pregnant and that I might be an uncle in November. I'm very glad for him, but I just don't know what to think about this with respect to my position. I was kinda happy being in stasis forever. Now our family is progressing. And me without a girlfriend... I feel like I've dropped the ball, perhaps. I guess that's the whole problem with being in stasis.
Is my brother capable of being a Dad? His girlfriend has a boy from a previous relationship and my brother has done very well with him. I have faith that he can do the same for the baby, as long as he watches his financial situation. (He is a magician - he can make money just disappear!) But he's a good guy at heart so I figure this will be the catalyst for him settling down.
I guess when I made my blanket ban on marriages and pregnancies, I should have taken my siblings into account. The ban remains though, so the rest of you, stay in line!
