in looking up mc hammer lyrics this morning, i came across a review for his third (but second successful) album, too legit to quit. speaking of legit, the reviewer wrote, "although it fell short of please hammer's artistic and commercial success" the album spawned hits, yada yada yada. now, i may be a music snob, but doesn't it say something when

Funny that you mention MC Hammer...he's totally coming to the Dream-Maker's Theater at Kewadin Casino! And I SO WANT TO GO. I think you should come up and we should enjoy the Hammer goodness together. The fact that you're talking about him is a sign. Road trip!!!

umm, i don't think seeing a hammer concert is worth the cost of gas and a ticket. maybe if he were coming to play a show in my backyard i would go . . . maybe.

ps: i'm not so excited about a new madonna album. i disappoint you, i know, but i haven't heard anything from it, and i'm holding my love for the new outkast, fugees (fingers crossed), and fiona apple, which i already have but haven't given the attention it deserves.

tee hee, i keep hearing advertisements for the hammer concert, it was almost tempting but yeah you know, its still kinda funny.

but naughty by nature was way better in my mind anyway. maybe only cuz i was dancing up on stage but yeah.

I've only heard clips from her new single, but it sounds good thus far. I've heard good about the new Fiona Apple disc--lemme know how it is once you give it the love it needs. And I'm geeked about the Fugees--I can't believe they've come together again. Hopefully the results are good!
