Nanny state hypocrisy
Why is it that the right wingers who complain about the "Nanny State" whenever there is an extension of regulation are often exactly the same people who oppose any reduction in the nanny state, such as the reform of the licensing laws the downgrading of cannabis or the liberalising of gambling?
