Mean lady at a trucking company sends mean email to Brenda (whos already having a very hard day) saying how much Brenda sucks at her job, and is the worstest person in the world. Brenda sends email to Boss man, so that I'm the one to bring it to his attention that I suck, instead of someone else the email was cc'd to. Boss man calls the boss man of evil mean lady @ trucking company and tells him where he and his employee can stick it because Brenda kicks ass.
