New home!

Originally uploaded by brennaslife. After two months of looking at apartments and condos around Chicago, we finally found a place to rent that we really love! It is right off of Roscoe Ave in the middle of the Roscoe Village neighborhood. Cute little family neighborhood near some great streets with restaurants up and down the way. It's also going to be an easy commute downtown to get to work.
We really wanted a nice place that we can call "home" and stay in for a few years and get settled in. We've been moving from place to place for so long it's going to be weird to finally have everything out of their cardboard boxes and to be comfortable where we are at. Click the picture at the right to see more from inside. (The landlord is going to repaint it all so it's not bright green and purple!)
It's a two level place with the master bedroom taking up most of the second floor. There's so much space and I love that it's got weird angles and little nooks and crannies to put things. I can really see us making it our own. I am so happy that we got a place and can stop stressing about it now! We're going to be moving at the end of the month, and I'll take more updated pictures then to show you our new home!
