I sent them my complete dissertation and they liked it. They want to publish it. I would get royalties for it (based on a print-on-demand). They are a reputable international publisher who has produced other works important to gifted education.

I haven't signed the contract yet because I want to really go over all the terms in the fine print and talk with my advisor to make sure this is the best move for me right now. Everything I've read so far sounds peachy keen, so we'll see what happens next!!
