Man, I'm really getting sick and tired of not being able to find stuff. I have this one photo album that is nowhere to be found, and there's one, maybe two notebooks, that I know I had a few months ago, but are now nowhere to be found. It had Decapitron notes, like, stuff I suggested we play, or the riffs I was writing while we were working on the songs (when we did "Parameters of the Sexbot" I wrote every part of it down in that notebook). There was a lot of good stuff in there I wanted to use. Also, there were a bunch of other songs I'd been working on. The entire song of mine, "The Minimalist," was written down in there. I can never remember how to play the damn thing and always look in that notebook and go "of course!" And I'm wanting to practice that song tomorrow with one of my new bands, but I can't, because I can't find the damn notebook.
Interestingly, while searching for all of this stuff, I have found a few other things, such as a few short stories I wrote, notes on movie ideas I've had, a folder of pictures I took for my photography class, and lyrics to songs I'd written years ago that I'd forgotten all about. There are a few that I honestly have no recollection of whatsoever, but are pretty cool that I just might have to use.
But still, THE things I want to find are nowhere to be found. How can this be? I mean, I've literally looked EVERYWHERE in my house! How could they not be here?
