The French Toast I made from the bread that I was rushing off to make in my last post was the best French Toast ever.

Partly because of my sweet-assed Bread-making Foo, and partly because of all the cream and nutmeg that was in with the eggs...

What? Nobody ever said that it was good for you. Only that it was good! :-D

I'm going to make some bread now.

As I always do about this time of year, I have made a batch of chocolate truffles.

Now I remember why I only make them once a year.

I also remember why I have latex gloves on hand.

But, they sure are good. I've already eaten two, and I'm thinking really hard about eating a few more.
