So, we're off for our camping trip to the coast. Rialto Beach is a place we managed to visit for a picnic, the last time we went camping. This time, we'll be either there or at the Hoh Rainforest campgrounds. Either one would be nice to me

Yeah, I didn't do boyscouts for long, but I'd go on camping trips with family all through my childhood into my mid-teens. When I was a late teen, my friends and I would spend entire summers at a family friend's pond, in tents with sleeping bags. We'd fish, hike, help with the farm (since she was a widow who continued to raise the beef cattle ranch her husband had started), and even spend a lot of time doing bonfire fish-bakes after tickling trout out of the local creek.
I'd talked about camping with friends, here, but no one had ever seemed very motivated or interested. So we (Purr and I) never thought about just getting some gear and going on our own, until we decided we wanted to go to the Makah Tribe's Salmon Festival this last year. Once we'd planned to do that, we had 10 others saying they wanted to go, and 4 of them who actually did.
Your question really isn't very fair, since it's based on bias, but I'll point out that I don't really (normally) like Country singers for the simple fact that I don't like the nasally, whiney twang that they tend to vocalize with. I realise that for some of them that is just how they grew up talking like, because of the colloquialisms of their given region of the world, but it just sounds grating to me and makes me cringe. So, from that, I'm not really very fond of the version in Cars (done by Rascal Flatts, I believe), though I do like the sound of the musical accompaniment to the singer (in that version) a bit better than the other.
