I'm conquering the world one Island at a time
It's just about two weeks until Don and I play out on St. Thomas on behalf of 104.3 WZIN FM's The Buzz. I can already sense how lovely it'll be. We're only scheduled to play three shows in the Virgin Islands but I have a feeling we'll take a mini vacation while we're out there. That's not to say that the weather in New York hasn't been spectacular. The humidity is really hard to handle after switching from cooler temperatures. There's a difference though. It's not the same as drinking tropical cocktails in St.Thomas as it is in Central Park.
I realize I haven't kept up the best friend title as well as I wanted too. I'm going to try hard, really. I'm sure I'll be struck down with loneliness as soon as I step aboard St. Thomas' sandy beaches. It'll be beautiful going to paradise but it would be priceless if it wasn't simply me and the band going. My offer still stands.
