I am utterly in love with Ned. And Lee Pace - I've been watching some of Wonderfalls (which is AWESOME, by the way), and he's just always adorable in everything he does. And now I want to watch Miss Pettigrew again. :D
Chuck is growing on me. I used to not like her for no reason I could discern, but she's growing on me. I still love her dresses and shirts and shoes and invariably hate her pants and hats (and occasionally make-up). Like what she was running around in today: high-waisted skinny cropped pants? Ew.
Olive-as-nun is the MOST AMAZING THING EVER. I particularly loved it last episode, but this one was great, too. And Kristin Chenoweth is all kinds of amazing and adorable.
There are rumors/worries going around that Pushing Daisies will be cancelled because of the low ratings. I, for one, don't think it will, at least not soon. Critics adore it, word-of-mouth is exclusively good, and, more importantly, after a 9-episode first season, it was nominated for TWELVE Emmys. More nominations than episodes. Also, it's on ABC, not FOX, so it's at least got a fighting chance. :P I'm sure it's really expensive to make, but I kind of feel like it'll be ABC's 30 Rock: winning awards, with a small adoring viewership, not doing well in the ratings but not getting cancelled all the same.
At least, I really, really hope it doesn't. The only show that's ever been cancelled WHILE I was watching was Miss Guided, and though I'm disappointed (it was cute!), I'm not really surprised at that (it was kind of mediocre and no one watched). If Pushing Daisies is the next, I will be very, very upset.
