wow...pain
well today all started when my alarm clock beeped at 3:00am. i woke up...after few hits on the snooze and got up, showered and drove to work. i was there a half hour early like i always am. Well i knew stocking would be hard...but wow...this was intense. 2-3 hours of intense 10-50lb box lifting. During these hours i was also folding clothes, smashing boxes (sounds easy but these boxes r like made of steel) and also box cutting boxes opening them and lifting the exact boxes i moved in to a table to let other people folding and debag clothes. 351 boxes of clothes. roughly 8,000 units. Man val Gap puts Izod to shame. i got an hour break and two 15's all of them earned. everyone there is really nice i like who i work with in backstock. hopefully ill be stocking more than cashier. I could be floor too that would be alright. Well needless to say...my back is in sore condition, hands hurt, arms hurt, biceps hurt, feet hurt, and if i didnt mention it my back hurts. Oh and im tired. I also miss my gf...it wouldnt be as bad if i could have her to go to after work or w/e. I get wednesday and thurs off...yay she will be back wed so i have days to spend with her. Tomorrow should be fun...5:30am-10:00 i believe half of what i did today. gap is such a fun working environment. You work hard and you'll be sore i guarantee you but the people are always there to help you out. well im going to bed. good....day i guess. Fuck im hungry too. I love you Valerie
