!!!PS- LADIES LADIES LADIES. And Logan.
You are all old enough to know that when you have a problem with someone or something, you confront it. This does not include blogging about them. Using Myspace, Facebook, or LJ is a super immature way to deal with your problems. Instead of hiding behind a computer screen creating a whirlpool of drama, man up and confront the person when you have a legit problem. When you use the internet as an outlet, not only are you just talking it up with no action, it makes you look like a fool for wanting a silly reaction from the other person without actually being able to handle it in person. What are you expecting? A knock out-drag out forum fight? Plus, I personally find it alot easier to write hainous things about another person online because I don't have to think of the consequences when it comes down to reality. Later I regret it when I look back at the situation cause I just sound like a drama queen on Jerry Springer, spouting out whatever comes to mind. And you're not evading the drama when you don't use names. People don't have their heads in the sand. You can set your journal to private, which is a better way to deal with your emotions. I'm sure that's not why you use online forums in the first place. LIke I said earlier, you just want a reaction. Venting has become a word that we associate with excpetional bitching. It's something you do when you're angry to just let all of the emoption drain out of you. You talk to your friends and your family. You spread the word. So what makes it different from straight up gossiping? I'm not saying that you have to bottle up your emotions. But when you put it in a post, you're officially going public.
This is for all of you. I've had problems in the past that I've had to deal with people writing about me. When you write about someone you look a fool and are asking you're friends to pick sides. It's low.
So Sheena.... man up. Sure, I don't know you're side of the story. But if you have a problem, you should have talked to Katelyn about it.
And for the rest of you, refer back to this in the future when you're pissed. Because I don't want to have to go through this everytime my friends get angry with each other. And I'm definitly not saying I'm perfect. I have to censor myself at times and am working on controlling my anger better. This is something we all have to deal with and hopefully for the last time.
