I'm on the look out for great high fiber & high protein bread recipes that I can use in my bread machine. Any suggestions?

Whole-grain flours can frequently be substituted for white flours in most recipes; just keep in mind that you may need to add a dab of gluten and look inside a lot during the rising process.

Google high protein
bread machine
recipes. There are tons of them out there. Most of them use wheat germ.
