It seems that the city is at a bit of a loss due to the delay of the supply ships. Miss Euphemia, Alex, would you care to have tea and discuss this matter? There must be something we can do.

This may sound like a bit of an odd question, but in my wanderings of the city, I've found some quite suitable homes. Would anyone have any knowledge about how to procure a more permanent residence?
