[action- locked to Harley- Backdated to the 11th of November]
[As soon as Charlie slammed down the phone, she knew what she had to do.
Mayfield had sent her the bullet a month or two back. It sat on her dresser, next to the batgirl doll, a constant reminder of what happens when you try and play Batgirl. Charlie doesn't need it to remind her anymore- she has her own horrifying, Mayfield-issued memories to remind her of that. But it was more than that. It was the first thing anyone other than her mom had given her. It was the first time someone had really trusted her. It was--
It was a very good distraction, because the time that Charlie spends staring at the bullet on her dresser keeps her from bouncing off to kill The Joker.]
[Phone]
I'm still getting stuff that's not mine in the mail. Normally I'd say slap a return label on this thing, but this is actually kind of really badass, so, I'll be keeping it. This still happening to anybody? Anybody at all? No? Okay. I'm gonna go play with my new toy now! Bye.
[Action, Backyard of 1645 Albright Lane.]
[See Charlie. See Charlie with a crossbow. See Charlie almost shoot her foot of with a crossbow, see charlie almost hit the nice drone neighbor with her crossbow, see Charlie break the window with her crossbow---
Yeah, this isn't working out so well.]
[Action - Park]
[Okay. Using the crossbow is a no-no. After being chased off by angry drone mom, Charlie's bounced to the park, where she's just staring at the crossbow.]
What the heck do I do with this thing now? [and right on cue, she almost shoots her foot off again.]
[Action - In School]
[What do you mean don't bring your crossbow to class? YEAH WELL WHERE ELSE IS SHE GOING TO BRING IT?]
