today [well yesterday really] was just beyond awesome
just got back [wayy late]
- went to see Spring Awakening today for $75 $0 =]
- the show was just awesome. with the exception of the Rockette Christmas show [if that even counts] this was my first Broadway show. It was pretty raunchy. At one point these dudes are having circle jerk and trying to aim it on a coin in like a ditch. They decide later to use a love letter one of the characters got.
- Chace Crawford from Gossip Girl [one of my favs] was there , in my section of the theatre , but i didnt see him [although some people got pics with him during intermission].i think there is a part of me that'd lose my shit if i did meet him so im kinda glad i didnt
- after the musical we got to talk to some of the actors. they were pretty young [one girl was sixteen] and super nice

- outside the theatre that dude with no navel - Matt Dallas from Kyle XY was there. i could have gotten a crappy camera pic w/him but i dont actually watch the show so seeing him there wasnt all that exciting.
- oh and i hope there is a musical soundtrack for this - brb googling it- AND THERE IS . seriously though the songs were great [the show did win a bunch of Tony awards]
- plus i got to meet a whole bunch of people involved with the all stars project who were all really cool.
- oh and during intermission i went to the bar and even though i wasn't really thirsty i paid $3 for a cup of soda. they were charging $10 for a bottle of water [the kind you pay only $1 in a vending machine] - just ridiculous
