mm cake ...
Its totally wierd , the wedding is about three weeks away and all I can think about is the cake . I cant wait to get my hands on the damned cake , the thought of hiding somewhere and just munching away on it is irresistable . Sadly when we went to do the taste samples three bites had me full . This cake is going to be sooooo good ! Dark chocolate layers ( 4 of them ) with chocolate mousse between and a raspberry filling , then covered in chocolate ganache and a pile of chocolate curls. When she showed me ana ctualy sized cake I was shocked ! The thing weighs almost 15 pounds ! ohhhh its going to be sooo delicious ! yumyum. We also ordered a chocolate whiskey truffle (yes we like chocolate) .
Everything is pretty much set for the wedding .Today we are going to go and see the Justice of the Peace and finalise everything with her . I think we might pick up the rings today as well ... but I am not sure when Jef works next .. I want my rings dammit ! -grin-
