It continues very dry here--I've taken to appending little requests for rain onto the usual daily prayers. Otherwise the weather is beautiful, with nearly-autumnal temperatures instead of the usual "psych! still summer!" heat spells that are fairly common around here ( Read more... )

I prayed for a white Christmas. Granted, it's only a flurry, but still: snow before Thanksgiving! Perhaps it's a herald of great things to come this season. :D

I REALLY wish we still got snow days--February would've been nearly as much vacation as work, this year. :P
