The nice thing about the calorie counting app I'm using is that it tracks exercise as well, so I can eat basically as much as I want, as long as I increase my physical activity accordingly. And I'm not being hardcore about it--lots of guesstimating food portions, etc. 140 is my goal for next year, but if I only make it to 165, I'll still be pretty happy.
