New Dimensions (taken per www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/body-tape-measurements.html):

Neck - 16.75"
Shoulder - 48.25" (circumference at armpits height)
Bicep - 14.5" (unflexed at side); 15.25" (flexed)
Chest - 41"
Waist - 37.75"
Hips - 41"
Thigh - 25"
Calf - 15.5" (standing)

And some dimensions to compare to old dimensions (per this entry, and this one before it):

Chest: 43" (was 42.5") (at nipples, flexed and full inhale)
Biceps: 15.5" (was 15.25") (largest girth, flexed)
Belly: 35.5" (was 36") (at belly-button, flexed and full exhale, no "cinching" it in, either!)
Weight: 190 lbs (was 183.5lbs) (naked)

And some new skinfold measurements (in mm) (per www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/skinfold-measurements.html):

Chest: 14.4, 13.8, 14.3
Armpit: 15.3, 14.2, 13.4
Hip: 12.5, 11.8, 8
Tummy: 28, 29.7, 27.2
Thigh: 18, 22, 21
Tricep: 12, 11, 12
Shoulder blade: 12.5, 11, 10.2

Which puts me at 16.9% body fat, for a lean body mass of 158lbs (on which I'm carrying 32lbs of blubber)... according to www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/body-fat-calculator.html - which I am not totally sure I believe (I believe I have identified unforgivable glitches... but I will have to shop around some first).
