I decided to try pick up the gym thing again, I'm freakin' paying for a membership, I might as well use it. I went back to
this post and tried to do the same again, re-calibrate myself...
Branwyn's Gym Stats - Swimming
(1 length of pool = 25m)
8 lengths breast stroke
8 lengths side stroke (alternating sides)
4 lengths back crawl
Total time: 15'10" (last trial: 15 minutes)
Heart rate: 158 bpm (168 bpm last trial)
3 minutes rest
4 lengths back stroke
4 lengths breast stroke
2 lengths front crawl
Total time: 8'30" (last trial: 8 minutes)
Heart rate: 186 bpm (last trial: 180 bpm)
Total distance: 750m again
And some dimensions
Chest: 42.5" (was 43") (at nipples, flexed and full inhale)
Biceps: 15.25" (was 15.5") (largest girth, flexed)
Belly: 36" (was 38") (at belly-button, flexed and full exhale, no "cinching" it in, either!)
Weight: 183.5 lbs (was 192lbs) (naked)
So, slight losses in some regards, but appreciable gains in others (or is that vice versa?) - it's good, in any case!
I'm so restless tonight... I dunno if it's adrenaline / endorphins from a pretty hard (for me!) swimming work-out, or what... I felt like this before swimming, though, so I don't think that's all of it... feel bored and like I need to go do something, except nothing seems interesting or worth doing, so I just pace... it's bothersome.
