Wine Blog: Saskatoon, Apple Cider, and Strawberry

Thursday evening, July 17/08: Checked wines. Strawberry smells yeasty and a little bit of alcohol, so hopefully it's on its way. Apple cider smells very slightly yeasty/alcoholic, hopefully it's coming. The saskatoon just smells of saskatoons, so I fear it didn't take - if it's not obviously fermenting in a couple days I shall have to try another packet of yeast. Well, that goes for all of them.
