(no subject)
It's Monday morning, before school because I came for A period when there was none! >_< Seriously aggravated. Anyway, here's the news
Saturday: Went to work for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS! Ridiculous, I know. And then took the car that my parents entrusted me and went for a couple hours out getting ice cream and hitting Paula and Desmond's house. In a way I feel like the bit that I was awake in Josh's sermon really applied to me. He said this one part "Maybe our real attitude is this : I deserve this. I've been working hard all week, I earned this luxury." YUP. And that's the story. My hard day of work earlier that morning made me think that I deserved some kind of fun that day, even if it was illegal, irresponsible, and dangerous (not that my driving's bad). I'm sorry everybody. I shall try to restrain myself. =)
Sunday: Church followed by a quick nap during the sermon and then crazy time and Sunday school (they go together). Drama practice was pretty cool and I think we're well ready. Just gotta keep in on our minds and in out prayers. Later that night, my uncle's family came over to discuss the restaurant idea. Yeah, they talked...and talked...then prayed...and finally decided that we were going to go through with it. It's quite the risk, you see, cuz my uncle'll have to quit his job and come cook full time. I pray for non-tankage. That would be super uncool.
And Monday...we'll see how it goes. Maybe good, maybe no. Oh, I have work from 5:30 to 9 again tonight!
