Ya know what's awesome? I'll tell you what:
When pretty much your favourite local band ask you to join them as their fourth member. Which is what has just happened to me.
So yes- apparently I'm the new member of Good Little Fox! Uber excitement! I guess it's not fully, fully official until we start gigging and publicising it, but we're on our way. Carl wants to write an entirely new set of songs before playing again. I think this is good for him, because he was losing his spirit for the band and he seems quite energised by having me around and writing music... even though I've been very exhausted every time we've jammed.
Oh also, to clarify-- I am playing guitar, not drums. Which is especially great because I've played guitar for longer than I've played drums and own a guitar worth about $4000, so it would be nice to use it in a professional setting!
