That was a super depressing game. I was hoping they'd pull it out in quarter 4 and they had ample opportunity to do so, they just kept screwing up their opportunities. A fumble and an interception! That was just ridiculous.

The Ravens played some good football though. It was disappointing, they were really poised to make some good, game-changing plays- the Patriots were- and they consistently screwed up!

Sorry about your furnace, it always seems those things go wrong the exact time you need them to keep working. Haha.

Politics are very depressing lately to me, too. :/

:3 I think he's probably a little old to go in to modeling, but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing that!

The botched opportunities are always frustrating! Especially when you know that this offense can execute. And after Talib went down, the defense bellied up. >:(

Argh! To get this close and not get there is a bummer, though they probably would have lost another Super Bowl! *day after venting*

*hugs* I was thinking about you yesterday. My sister was moping around for hours after the game too. It was very heartbreaking, as I was hoping this would be their year. Game still leaves a bad taste in my mouth the morning after. :\ Also, I don't know how the NFL can preach player safety and Bernard Pollard is still in the game. I'm sick of him taking out our guys! TBH, that was one of the reasons I didn't want to see Baltimore in the AFC Championship. I think they would've been able to take out Manning and co and at least you wouldn't have to have worried about the Broncos defense playing dirty, even if they would've had to travel to Denver. :( But really, I don't know what was up with the offense. Brady seemed to be playing it safe, which was unlike what he's been doing all season. I didn't get it.

On a side note, listening to Phil Simms gush about the Ravens the entire game got old fast. I swear, I wanted to mute it and just watch in silence.

The only good thing about yesterday's game was the pre-game interview Tom had with Dan ( ... )

I was kind of mopey. *laughs* I was just so disappointed. I had a bad feeling about that game going in.

Bernard Pollard is trash.

I would have preferred Denver, too, but thanks, Peytie! He screwed up his game, too.

The national announcers always seem to be against the Patriots, though there are some who frequently pick the Pats, like Boomer Esiason.

He sure showed his stuff in that interview, hmm? ;)

So far so good on the furnace! *crosses fingers*
