Unfortunately, I didn't see the game but I was thrilled to hear about them winning! Yay for them clinching the division too! Awesome. I was totally waiting for your post because I knew you'd be thrilled. You know, there was even a sketch about this game on SNL last night. They had "Jesus" talking to "Tebow & co". And he was like "Oh? You're playing Patriots? I don't know about that. If I'm God's son, Tom Brady is like, his nephew." It was hilarious. XD

Oh, I found this icon and thought of you. tattered_chucks made it.

I heard that sketch on the local sports talk radio station. Pretty funny! They played it for Tom this morning when he was on for his weekly interview and he laughed. :)

What a cool icon! I'm totally snagging it! :)

Really? That's awesome. I was wondering if he saw it. :D

Ooh, story time: my dad's friend's daughter had a son and my parents went to see him yesterday (the daughter and her family live in Boston). And he was dressed in Patriots gear! I thought it was cute and I had to share.

He's able to roll with the punches and laugh at himself. :)

Aww, that sounds adorable! :)

The team was pretty sick of all the Tebow talk. Did you know there are people out there comparing Tebow to Tom? A guy who's played nine NFL games compared to a future Hall-Of-Famer? The hype is mega-ridiculous!

It's not just the Patriots sick of it. Seriously---the guy has promise, he's a fine athlete and all of that but he's not the only QB in the NFL for the love of Pete. They have ESPN On in the caf at work and OMG, really...can we talk about someone else? Please?!?

Great win by the Patriots!

I was pretty sick of the Tebow talk, too, especially as a lot of it was dissing Tom. They had a poll on ESPN this week asking who you would want in the fourth quarter to lead you back from being down! Jeez Louise, Tom has done it in high-pressure games his whole career! What a joke!

You can't beat the Patriots by turning the ball over, that 2nd quarter killed the Broncos and any shot they had at beating New England. The Broncos are not good enough to play a bad game against an Elite team and win, just not going to happen, I don't think any team can do that against the Patriots. Not to mention, stupid penalties that kept the Patriots' drives going, like don't make it easy on them ( ... )

Yep, the Patriots are ruthless when you make mistakes. We accept all stupid mistakes. ;)

We live in an age when everything's instant analysis and judgment. Sheesh!

The Ravens really got smoked last night! Heh heh. The Pats have as good a chance as any in the playoffs. As Bill Parcells says, you just have to get into the tournament and then see what happens. :)
