Some Notes On Rainbow's Freedom (Sanctuary Arc)

First off, I wanted to thank everyone who has read and commented! I was rather nervous posting this at the start, because you're never certain how slavefic might be received, but I am thrilled to see how excited people are about the series! It evoked great passion (I thought at one point after Chapter 11 that people might be storming Wayne Manor ( Read more... )

I too have loved the first arc. When you say there are four more arcs you mean five in total I presume. Unless there's more inspiration I take it. On the slavefic issue I'm pretty open minded speaking for myself. I'll also point out I like science fiction, superheros and slash fiction. So slavery isn't exactly shocking. Although I'll admit I do object to the kind of slashfic (or any fiction) that has the couple torture each other for "love". That's my line. I also like sympathetic characters that love or care for each other as well as others. I also have a thing currently for Clark/Bruce or Superman/Batman. Though they're not my first slash couple and I can read about others. But as stated they're my favourite at the moment. By the way I'm telling you this not to influence you but to tell you or indicate to you why I don't have a problem as well as why I like the series. Even if it's very general.

I look forward to more stories and may die of withdrawal. So I hope you tide us over with other S/B stories. But I may get so desperate I might ask occasionally for when the series will appear. I hope you understand.

Angeloz, my sweet! :) Very nice of you to explain your thoughts here. And there are not only four more arcs, but those are just the ones I have outlined. There should be more beyond that as I judge the flow of the story. :)

I appreciate all your kind comments and enjoy learning about your preferences. I am always delighted to hear from you, and your eagerness is a testament to my ability to inspire readers, so never fear to ask me. :)

Great to hear there may be more arcs. :-) Though you might kill me from the withdrawal as stated. Do you have any other S/B stories that may prevent that? If so make it soon please.
