It is quite ironic that Detroit mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick's "State of the City" address was broadcast from Orchestra Hall this evening. It was only a matter of time before embattled Detroit mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick decided to play the God card in response to the recent allegations against him in the text message scandal that has set the city on its ear.
Because you can't question a man who is on an 'assignment from God', right?
