The problem with LJ: We all think we are so close, but really we know nothing about each other. I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

I know where you're going with this, but I would beg to differ. Yes, here on el jay we (or should I say "I" - not wanting to speak for everyone) there's a certain level of vulnrability with the things we write. We don't always share our most intimate truths with the people in our everday lives. Why? Because sometimes opening yourself up that way can hinder things, become a detrament. So you do it here, on these pages. It's a safe outlet. I mean, look at the Andy thing you've written about recently. Who else have you shared those thoughts with? Certainly Colleen. Maybe Steve. But definatly your eF list. So you can't say that we don't know anything about each other. That's inaccurate. Your pages reflect what a sensitive soul you have. And I can confirm that in real life, you absolutly are. Therefore, it's a pretty accurate representation. Ne ce pas?

p.s.s. the_coach proposed this question on his blog and I thought I would post it on mine. There are a couple people on my friends list that I know in real life (you included), so they probably wouldn't have questions. I guess it was more for the handful of people I've never met.
