More Puppies! (Livejournal post)
Pet Refuge took in ten dogs that were living in some guys really ranky-stank trailer. All purebred, and he had planned on breeding them for money. Apparently he also had parrots... Waiting to hear some more about that later...
In any case, the morning after this, I cleaned at the shelter and while I was there someone drove up, dumped out seven puppies in a crate and drove off!! SEVEN PUPPIES. As if we weren't completely overwhelmed already.
So, despite my plans to take an adult dog home today, I am going to take two of the puppies. WTF Am I thinking? They are SO difficult. Please, if there is a God, let them find homes quickly...
