General update
Thanksgiving was fun. Went to a potluck feast at Manny's place and then over to a second one at Lynne's place.
Saw the new Bond movie on Friday. Enjoyed it.
Had two more Thanksgiving dinners on Saturday and then went to Jen Jett's birthday in the evening.
Watched football on Sunday and then discovered that my new media PC was broken. Upon investigation I determined that the hard drive was failing.
Yesterday I struggled through work then got in touch with Dell. They are going to send me a new hard drive. I went to the Brewhouse to watch a disappointing draw. And I found out that two of the three days I had planned on taking off next week are no longer available for me to take off.
I am having this Thursday and Friday off, though. On Thursday I shall celebrate 11 years of life in the US. And since almost 10 years of that has been spent at the Local, that's where I'll be heading. I'll probably get there around 7ish.
I had a really bizarre dream in which I bought a dog. It was about two inches tall. It came in a small box. I had to find a box that was too big for it to jump out of. Really quite bizarre.
That's about all I got right now. I'll be sticking around Atlanta for the holidays this year. And taking some time off. Just not the days I'd planned.
