"Melody Pond," he said. "I've enjoyed getting to know you."
His fingers shifted then to her temple and her cheek, touching her face where he'd touched River's earlier. He didn't really want their conversation to end. But everything had to in the end.
Gently, he opened his mind to hers, and hid away her memories.
