Well let's just say ketosis and my body did not work, by 6:30pm the first day my body started shaking. I started eating some normal foods and the shaking stopped.
I realize I know what works for my body and I just need to apply it and eat a healthy, low fat, high fiber, low calorie diet and add in my cardio&workout. So here goes nothin!
I cleaned today to make room to do yoga and my cray cray workouts, I want this more than anyone may understand.
I took measurements, pictures(cringe) and my weight today.
Let's do it.
Summer courses start tomorrow, this week starts new and spectacular things :)
