Wow.
So long time no see. In the last 4 months I've moved out of my dorm back home to Southbury, CT. Then my family and I all moved into my grandparents house in Shelton, CT about a month and a half later, because we closed on our Southbury house. We went to Florida for a week towards the end of June, then the day after we came back we moved down to Grayson, GA. Technically I (or my Dad) didn't move. We only stayed in GA for a week then drove back "home" to my grandparents house in Shelton because I'm going to school and he's still trying to sell his business up here in Monroe.
Living with the grandparents is not fun by any means. My grandma cooks all day so my dad and I find any excuse to get out of the house so we don't get fat. The St. Bernards bark ALL night because my grandma thinks it's mean to discipline animals, therefore it's hard to sleep. And it's always hot in this house because they have one air conditioner that they try to use to cool down the entire house. Oh and I forgot to mention my crazy uncle who lives in the basement. Yes, he's 45 and still lives at home with his parents. Not only that, but he and his friend are in "a band" and they play the weirdest music ever. So I also hear that crap 3 out of 7 nights during the week. The other nights he's at his "girlfriends" house whom he refuses to bring over to meet his family. Why? Probably because it's like his 18th or 19th "serious" girlfriend, no joke. He's been married once and then obviously divorced. He's just weird.
I get to move back to school in ONE week! I never thought I'd be this excited to move back to Boston, but I cannot wait to get out of this house. I feel bad for my Dad because he still has to live here with my grandparents until the business is sold, which will be in May because one of our students is buying it when he graduates from college, which is in May. I'm going to have to call him all the time or else he'll go crazy from living here.
