The show has gone very well, thanks to our very talented cast, who pulled together after the departure of yet another principal actor just two weeks before opening night. All five performances in the short run are sold out.
My collaborator and I are so pleased with the response we're getting to the show that we're beginning to gather information about rental rates at downtown theaters like Bailiwick and Victory Gardens.
I'm limping along in my "day gig" at the moment; thank heaven it's a slow month, so that my sluggishness is unnonticed.
I've been reading "The Te of Piglet," the sequal to "The Tao of Pooh." I think that a dose of Taoism would do me some major good.
