Riddle Me This:
An acquaintance recently got a DUI because of an accident he caused when he fell asleep at the wheel (just tired, not on any substances).
He had house arrest this week, and they had to take all the alcohol out of the house for the 2 week duration.
Shouldn't he just have been forced to sleep 12 hours a night?
...Oh, and I got a speeding ticket today. >.<
(the passenger totally backs me up that the CHP officer was an ass and I wasn't going 70. Her husband's a cop - a real one, not one of those damn vultures)
