Well, my first day training to become a councelor was good/bad. The second I got to the ymca I started helping these two councelor's out at the Tennis court. Their camp names were J-Mac and Scars. It was fun. I taught little kids how to play tennis! yayy. Well, it basically rained allll day so we had to stay inside and help the counselor's take care of their tracks, or groups. That was the bad part of the day. They prefer to call them tracks, so that's what I call them now. After playing tennis, jail break, baseball, etc. with the tennis groups I helped with "Rides Out" Which is when most/all the kids get picked up. I was put into this room with a bunch of cute little 2 year olds. They were so adorable, esp. this one little girl who had cute, red, curly, hair. I watched these other kids, they were laying down together, eating the rest of their snacks together, and sharing a blanket. It was this cute little boy and girl. I watched this boy chase around these two girls, and the girls acted like he had cooties. And there was this girl who sat in the middle of the room, and wore a sign on her chest that said "SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES". Anyways, after Rides Out I hung out with Track 30. They have the coolest councelor named "Puck" he's got sweet tat's and the other councelor's name was "Mrs. Tacky" they are both really nice/cool. Me and my friend Margarite hung out with them and the kids for the rest of the day. I now know all of the kids names. They are the BOMB! There's this one kid named Josh, he's so cool. He's got a really cute pair of converse low tops. He's the one that always gets in trouble. There's also this boy named Michael. Michael is the bomb as well. We played this game that Puck made up. What you do is you find a spot on the floor and you get comfortable and Puck says go, and when he says go, we all have to freeze and you can't move, and if you move you loose the game. It lasted a while, and I just laid on the floor kind of sleeping. It was really quiet and awkward. It was raining all today, so we couldn't go outside and play games. After awhile, when it stopped raining, we went outside and we played this game where you tell everyone [in a circle] 2 truths and 1 lie about yourself. Everyone trys to guess which one is the lie. I don't really remember what I said, but it was like "1- I'm from New York, 2- I have a job, and 3- I only wear 3 pairs of shoes. And the third one was the lie, but most of the kids thought it was number 2 that was the lie, so did Puck and Mrs. Tacky. If your reading this, I'm sorry if your getting confused by all the names. I just think it's easiar to write. Anyways, after we played that game I played tag with all the kids. Then Skip [my councelor] came and we left the track and said we would be back tomorow. That's when I went to get the rest of my stuff, and It started raining, again. I waited underneath the pavillion with everyone else, it was Rides Out. My mom came and picked me and my brother up. We went over to the Marshall's house. When we got there, Dominick left and went to find Zack, I hung out with Caroline and watched this episode of Made. Then Alex and Victoria wanted to go to the pool, so I was like, why not? So I ended up going to the pool with Alex, Victoria, Caroline, Zack, Dominick, and Zack's friend named Evan. Evan goes to hopewell, and I think he's in the 10th grade now. He was cool, I got to race him, and the first time we raced, I won, and the second time we raced, it was a tie. But we never got to see who won the tie because my mom came and picked us up. But it was really fun hanging out at the pool because it was raining and every time it thundered the lifeguard would make us get out for 20 minutes. But after we left the pool, we raced Evan home in the car. Evan won, surprisingly [sp?] We ended up eating lots of pizza, and played Texas Hold em'. It was a lotta fun. Then we left the Marshall's house, went home, watched tv, and I went to bed.
