i just remembered i got an A in my nuclear physics class last semester.
it's funny the little things that make you smile... here are some of mine:
hearing stacy laugh. remembering an awesome night with good friends where everyone was having fun. watching Weird Science at redlight redlight with badass music in the background and the bar almost completely empty, sitting in a row, all drinking the same beer. pandas. feeling inspired. doing something about feeling inspired. getting completely caught up in a moment during rehearsal and for a brief, beautiful moment, existing only in the world of the play. finding a sweater i'd forgotten about. an unexpected card. memories of the beach and my garden hose and days of innocence. having some of the strangest dreams ever in one night, and remembering the way they felt. load-in and strike. ignoring people's judgement. knowing he'll always be there, no matter how much he threatens. knowing that even when i piss her off, she'll still love me. the few moments when i feel pretty with no makeup on, although i generally try not to care. looking through my photography and knowing that some of it is pretty good. someone realizing she doesn't have a reason to hate me. a perfectly ordained song coming on at just the right moment.
having friends i'd give my life for, and knowing they'd do the same.
