Huzzah! I've finished work for the Easter long weekend and don't go back until next Wednesday; that means 6 days of bliss! And I think I deserve it, I work a 40 hour week after all and while I love the people I work with and know they'll be friends for life, it's not the same as the idyllic student lifestyle.

So tomorrow I reckon I'll take it easy and then Good Friday is one of my favourite days of the year. While some dummies are in church mourning or whatever those religious types do on Good Friday, I shall be partaking in our traditional Good Friday all day piss up with Weebs and Mack, which we have been doing every year (I think we may have missed last year) since we were 17, and Mack was 16. The plan is to meet at lunchtime, line our stomach and then go for it for as long as we can without throwing up/running out of money/passing out. Good times shall be had by all.

Then on Saturday I am getting pampered at the hair dressers, before a much less enjoyable task - watching the Boro play Watford. If the forwards can negotiate Ben Foster in goal we'll be fine, there's no one else at Watford that worries me in the slightest, in fact they should be afraid of us, but then again it is us and we're shit. And they beat us in the away fixture. Oh well. I can see it being shit anyway. After the agony is over I'm heading up to Durham overnight to visit Ellwoodabroad and co. before heading back on Sunday before going out on Sunday evening (I bloody love Bank holidays) with Weebs and Roach plus the Mack if he hasn't gone back to Manchester.

Hahahaha! Man United have been beat by Roma! Okay, so we were beat by Roma last season in Italy, but we beat them at home, and went through on goal difference. So if Man United don't beat Roma at Old Trafford...that means we are better than Man United. Granted, that's unlikely. But it feels good to say it.

Movie Quote of the Day

Lucius in The Village: "Why must you lead, when I want to lead? If I want to dance I will ask you to dance. If I want to speak I will open my mouth and speak. Everyone is forever plaguing me to speak further. Why? What good is it to tell you you are in my every thought from the time I wake? What good can come from my saying that I sometimes cannot think clearly or do my work properly? What gain can rise of my telling you the only time I feel fear as others do is when I think of you in harm? That is why I am on this porch, Ivy Walker. I fear for your safety before all others. And yes, I will dance with you on our wedding night."

Quote of the Day

Sally: "Don't worry, when I'm in Guernsey I'll keep my eyes open for blue pillar boxes and slow moving cars"
