It's funny, because as much as I liked PtQ, there were some things that annoyed me about it, and then Adaptation- a fanfic of a fanfic, lol, I hadn't heard of that before! Or at least, not seen it done well- came along and fixed everything that bugged me!

I'm so glad you're enjoying working through the list! I know that feeling of excitement when coming across a list of recs with new and wonderful fics to read, and I'm feeling good about giving you that feeling!

PS. I have indeed read Out of the Depths. Damn it, I KNEW there were a few fics I'd left off, but I didn't have time to go hunting them down. That would've been a good one for the 'Plotty Smut' category, which is sadly lacking. I read tons of smut but I don't often save links for them, so that category's under-represented. Oops!

PPS. And gah, I'm such an idiot. I meant to email you yesterday and totally forgot. Going to do that now!
