You're very right. I love her and any screentime she gets is brilliant imo, but objectively speaking....yeah, they're stalling and it's getting pretty obvious. Each ep she comes in and forbids people from speaking to each other and making empty threats and it bugs me, argh. Now that she's stepped it up, though, hopefully it'll gain momentum and big things will happen.
I'm assuming Emma's gonna step in as Sheriff now, since she was Deputy, so there's prob gonna be all types of confrontations happening. maybe more punches thrown, lol
