Finally finished casting off the scarf... so I naturally took some pictures.
Apologies if the photos are less than perfect - it's all but impossible to do any photo editing on the laptop.

Now, all I have to do is a couple of rounds of cat hair removal/wash/dry. Then a few more pictures. Then remove cat hair one last time and wrap it up quickly. (Why, yes, the recipient is allergic to cats - why do you ask??)
It's made from a superwash sock wool, so it should come out nice and soft.
Now, how to keep Miss Emily, most precious kitten goddess, from sprawling upon it while it dries. I want to let it air dry for blocking the first time. After that, we all know it'll probably go in the dryer or on top of a radiator (men - hehe).
This turned out wonderfully! It took quite a while (purposefully didn't keep track), but I believe that it is well worth the effort. Yay me!
