parkrun virgin
Boy thats a good way to start the weekend. Popped my cherry and did my first parkrun at Finsbury Park. Puffed round the 5K in around 26:34, which isn't bad considering I'm rather unfit at the moment, and the only running I've done in the last 7 months is 3K on the treadmill last Sunday and 5K on Weds. It was rather frosty, but it wasn't too bad when you were running and I was wrapped up well. Pretty good atmosphere, and at a cost of £0 it can't really be beat.
Rest of w/e is likely to be job search & interview prep related. Had a bit of a rant at my boss yesterday, but stopped short of really laying things on the line. Better to have a new job lined up before I start getting too honest with him.
