Yes, this is still adorable! They're so cute, and so is the entire vid. And you're a Clay Genius. :D
And you know, I'm appreciating the binoculars detail now, because it makes me wonder who's watching. (Besides us, I mean; I know we're voyeurs!) It's giving me an idea for a story about somebody who lives across the street from the Nabootique in one of the upper flats and has been watching Howard and Vince's antics from afar and shipping them like crazy...
I've broken the seal and showed it to people at work. They think it's a video of me and my boyfriend. LOL
The binoculars detail - yah. It started out drfardook wanted to put a circle around their little faces when we shot the close-ups of them kissing like they did in silent films. But we forgot to use it. And then when I saw the binoculars feature in iStopMotion I thought it would be useful for those shots that came out kinda blurry. My camera had a hard time doing super close-ups so we took a ton of shots. We wound up using almost every shot we took as a result. We even decided to keep in when Howard fell down because it seemed funny on the initial playback. And Howard would totally fall over and faint after Vince kisses him on the street while someone watches.
And then I started having plot bunnies about who might be watching!!! So, once again, WE SHARE A BRAIN.
Ahahahaha! That is quite adorably funny. I take it they like the vid, then?

We DO share a brain! I was going to say almost exactly that, about Howard falling down. He clearly fainted, overwhelmed by his passion for sweet Vince. You know he would.
YAY for shared plot bunnies! This might require brainstorming. Because seriously, imagine what their neighbors must make of them.
...Hang on. Maybe it's not one person doing the watching. Maybe it's a bunch of different people from their neighborhood, who have drawn conclusions about them, noticed different things, observed the little moments.
Oh my sweet Lord, I should be answering work e-mails, and instead I'm plotting Howince. Look what you do to me!
(Also: tweeted the vid at the Boys this morning, so let's see what comes of it!)
Yes, shared plot bunnies. Perhaps we should discuss further. Perhaps we could each write from the PoV of a different neighbor witnessing the same event?
Thanks for tweeting the vid. Let me know if you get any reaction! :)
Hmmm, I ought to make an icon of claymation!Howince, oughtn't I?
It did get retweeted! Not by one of the boys, as far as I can tell, but that's probably timing, since Rich is filming I-don't-know-what and Dave is up to his elbows in baby things. But it's out there, and people are enjoying it as much as I do, so &hearts
Something like that, yes. Maybe the different POVs have seen them many times before, but they're all sort of converging on this event? I mean, it is in front of the shop, so potentially a lot of people might see them, from an old lady who lives in an upper flat to the guy at the counter of the Indian takeaway across the street.
Yes yes yes, make an icon of them! Ooh, that reminds me, I really should have icons of Snow!Howard and Snow!Vince, too. I wish I had, like, actual skill at making icons. I just know how to shop for them. *g*
I found out that it had been retweeted by clicking on the "Retweets" tab, and then selecting "Your tweets, retweeted" from the drop-down options. That gives me a list of everything that's been retweeted from me. (Well--everything that was retweeted using the actual Retweet option. I don't think there's any way to keep track of people who just copy the tweet and then add RT and their own commentary.) From there it get kind of iffy, because it will sometimes only tell you that it was retweeted by a certain user "and others." Who are the others? No idea. But it means it's out there
( ... )

...Oh man. It's another flesh-eating plot bunny.
