Greetings!
Behold - 18:06 seconds of
Howince goodness with a splash of homage toward Noel's Wuthering Heights performance.
It's a project my friend
drfardook and I started
a few weeks ago. (FWIW, I put Vince in red before we knew anything about the red dress. He's meant to be wearing something like his outfit from
The Strange Tale of the Crack Fox.
drfardook made Howard. You'll have to ask him about Howard's outfit).
Anyway, enjoy the video!

It was a lot of fun to make. If you are curious about the how to... We molded the figures using clay, then I inserted wires to keep them standing upright. (Nevermind that Howard seems to have fainted at one point). I captured an image of the Nabootique from the DVD using a widget called "Capture" as it was a segue. This was printed on a color inkjet printer and pasted onto a black board for a backdrop, with a second one under them to serve as the sidewalk and street extension.
We then took photos on a tripod using my Olympus camera and imported them to a program called iStopMotion. I also clipped the song Wuthering Heights using a program called Audacity. (That's the program used to edit
snapecast and my hat goes off to
msavi,
chaeche and
pennswoods for all the editing they've done over the years). This was then also imported to iStopMotion and the whole project was saved as an mp4 (Quicktime) file.
I know it's terribly amateurish, but nevertheless I'm well chuffed. Hope you like it.
